Steps in Creating a "Sunny Life."
"STEP 1: GRATITUDE - Wake up each day and be "Grateful" for your health, your family, your friends and all the blessings that your have in your life.
STEP 2: "SELF-CARE" and "SELF- KINDNESS" Be kind to yourself and take care of yourself first. These are the keys to creating your "Sunny Life." Always remember that "Self-Care" is not selfish. You can not help or contribute to your family, friends and your community if you do not take care of yourself first.
STEP 3: GIVE BACK - Generously giving back to your community as you can. Keep paying your blessings forward.
Sunny Life Coach, Kathleen Tucka, believes strongly in these steps that is why we support our community initiatives .

Here are some "HIGHLIGHTS"
BLESSING BOX DROP OFF BINS
To help combat "food insecurity" in our community, Sunny Life Coach sponsors two "Blessing Box" drop off bins - one at our local Hellertown Post Office and the second at Hellertown Borough Hall to be central drop off points for the community. The donations are then distributed by community volunteers in our twelve "Blessing Boxes" around town where the community can utilize as needed. It helps many of our community members make sure that they can feed themselves and their families in these challenging times.
LIGHT UP NIGHT
Our community has an annual "Light Up Night." It is a time around the holidays that brings our community together. Sunny Life Coach was one of the sponsors to help make this happen.
COMMUNITY DAY
Each August, we hold a "Community Day" that brings together the community and highlights the small businesses that make our community strong. Sunny Life Coach also is one of the sponsors that make this day possible.

It was truly an honor to speak to this group of powerful women!
